How the digital invitation works
- Choose an occasion – 13 templates from kids’ parties to weddings
- Design it: heading, text, colour, font, motif and a photo
- Add the details: date, venue with directions, reply deadline and the sections you need
- Add your guests – one by one, as a list or pasted from Excel
- Send via WhatsApp, email or one link for the whole group
What your guests experience
Every guest opens an envelope with their name on it. The invitation slides out and your text appears in fountain-pen handwriting. Below it are all the details: when, where with directions to Google Maps or Apple Maps, a calendar entry and a countdown to the party.
Accepting or declining takes one tap – with the number of people, the names of companions and a message for you. Guests can change their reply until the deadline.

Prices

Frequently asked questions
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open the invitation in their browser – on their phone or computer – and reply without signing up. You don’t need an account either: you get a private editing link, by email too if you like.
How do I send the invitation?
Every guest has a personal link. Send it with the WhatsApp button, copy it, or let GiftQuest email the invitation to every guest with an address – with a preview first. For groups there’s one link for everyone where guests add themselves.
Can I see who has accepted?
Yes. Your overview shows for every guest whether the invitation was sent, opened, accepted or declined, plus totals for people, menu choices, overnight stays and things to bring. If you like, you get an email for every reply.
How much does a digital invitation cost?
Nothing up to 15 guests. Invitation Plus costs €12.99 once per celebration and brings unlimited guests, up to three photos and every extra section such as menu choice, overnight stays and the bring list. No subscription.
What happens to my guests’ data?
Only the host sees names and replies; diet and allergy details are only stored with the guest’s consent. Everything is deleted automatically 60 days after the party – or straight away if you delete the invitation. Servers in the EU, no advertising.
